Up to this point I had only been doing backlog scrolls and bookmarks... Then Chalice of the Sun God came and my Barony needed A&S entries for our teams. So, in my typical "what the heck" tradition, I tackled putting together a display of various exemplars, redone by my hand, since scribal was the only medium I figured I could do at that point. While I did not win, I believe I made a respectable entry, particularly as it was the first time I had ever done the documentation and attempted to enter. Paris, Bibl. England, Nicholas of Lynn, Arundel MS347 – f -34 c. 1386-1400 Kalendarium, cum figuris eclipsum, tabulis, et canonibus. Albrecht Dürer’s 1515 Imagines coeli Meridionales, a painted wood cut. Works in progress.. All are done on pergamenta with gouache and ink.
